£5,000 consultancy fee to 3MM is to help set up a vehicle on your behalf, in your name and source suitable properties.

This package includes:

• None of your own money required for deposit 
• Rented Commercial property up to £150,000* 
• Net Rental Income up to £1,500 per month/£18,000 per annum*
• Equity release up to £30,000*. You receive 80% of the Equity release and 3MM receives 20% at closing meaning you keep £24,000 of the £30,000 released 
• Up to £60,000 Capital Allowances for tax deductions*

Total package value £102,000*

£10,000 consultancy fee to 3MM is to help set up a vehicle on your behalf, in your name and source suitable properties.

• Net Rental Income up to £2,000 per month/£24,000 per annum*
• Equity release up to £60,000*. You receive 80% of the Equity release and 3MM receives 20% at closing, meaning you keep £48,000 of the £60,000 released
• Up to £80,000 Capital Allowances for tax deductions*

• Net Rental Income £4,500 per month/£54,000 per annum* 
• Equity release up to £75,000*. You receive 80% of the Equity release and 3MM receives 20% at closing meaning you keep £60,000 of the £75,000 released 
• Up to £120,000 Capital Allowances for tax deductions*

• Net Rental Income £12,000 per month/£144,000 per annum* 
• Equity release up to  £600,000* You receive 80% of the Equity release and 3MM receives 20% at closing meaning you keep £480,000 of the £600,000 released
• Up to £800,000 Capital Allowances for tax deductions*
